Originally designed by Tony Wolfenden—renowned designer and member of the Design Institute of Australia Hall of Fame—the R810 Table Lamp marks its 50th anniversary with a special re-release.
First introduced in the 1970s by Lightworks, the R810 is a timeless piece that adds warmth and character to any space. Its retro design reflects the bold and experimental spirit of 1970s lighting, an era known for its playful use of shape and color. From mushroom-shaped lamps to geometric pendants, the decade embraced vibrant hues such as avocado green, burnt orange, and mustard yellow.
To honour this milestone, we're reintroducing the R810 in a range of new, earthy and organic tones—paying homage to its heritage while bringing it into the present. The initial release will be a limited edition.
